- A booking fee/deposit of £30 is required to secure a 1 or 2 week booking, and £50 for a 3 or 4 week booking. This fee will be held until the end of the tenancy and is returnable in full, by post where no breakages or damage has occurred.
- The rental is payable in full, 4 weeks before start of letting.
- The flat is available from 2 pm on the Saturday of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the Saturday of departure.
- Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are provided, but towels are not. Clean linen will be provided each week.
- Iron, ironing board, washing line, and four garden chairs are provided for use.
- A cot can be provided, if notice is given at time of booking.
- No pets.
- If cancellation is made 8 weeks prior to letting, the full deposit will be returned. If cancellation is made 4 weeks prior to letting all but £5 of the deposit will be returned. The £5 will cover administrative charges. If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to letting the deposit will be forfeited, unless the flat is subsequently let, when all but £10 will be returned.
